Information for Tenants

If you have attended a property viewing and wish to proceed with an application, please complete the application form in full. Applications will only be considered from applicants who have attended a viewing. If you have not yet viewed the property, please contact us on 0161 434 5225 to arrange an appointment. All sections of the application form must be completed in order for your submission to be accepted. References will be obtained as part of the application process. If you are unable to provide information for any section of the form, please clearly explain the reason. Once you have completed and submitted the application form, please email info@eebixproperties.co.uk with the following supporting documents, and we will contact you as soon as possible regarding your application:

A copy of your passport (including any applicable visas);
Proof of income demonstrating your ability to pay the rent, for example three recent payslips and/or bank statements showing sufficient regular income to cover rent and living expenses; and
Any additional information you believe may support your application. For example, if you are a student, please provide a copy of your course confirmation letter, or if another party will be paying the rent on your behalf, please include proof of their income.
